Ingredients:

chuck roast

pack
meat loaf seasoning mix
I used this brand
. You can use any beef seasoning mix you like.

pack
onion soup mix
*I would not salt the roast as the onion soup mix has a lot of salt in it.
1/2
cup
apple juice

tablespoon
black pepper
Instructions
Place the chuck roast in the bottom of a slow cooker. Turn cooker to low.
Pour apple juice over the meat.
Liberally pepper meat then top with both seasoning mixes. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
