Mix all ingredients, except green onions, walnuts, and pepper jelly, in a medium bowl until well combined.
Spread the mixture in your dish. Spread pepper jelly over top.
Sprinkle the sliced green onions and walnuts over the pepper jelly.
Serve with a sturdy cracker or chip.
This is a great make-ahead recipe. You can make this dip early and refrigerate until ready to serve. As well, you can heat it in the microwave or oven and serve it hot.
