Ingredients

cottage cheese
can substitute Greek yogurt
½
cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
⅓ to ½
cup
unsweetened unflavored almond milk
amount of milk depends on how thick or thin you want the oats
½
cup
strawberries
chopped
honey and/or sliced almonds
if desired
Instructions
In a mason jar or other container with a lid, add the oats, milk, and cottage cheese (and honey, if desired). Stir and seal.
Store overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning, stir (eat cold or heat in the microwave) and add strawberries.
Serve and enjoy!
