cream cheese
at romm temperature

tablespoons
granulated sugar
3.4
ounce box
lemon pudding

cup
whole milk

waffle cones

strawberries
chopped

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine the cream cheese with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Whip with an electric mixer until fluffy.
In a separate mixing bowl combine the pudding with the milk and whisk. Set aside for 5 minutes to thicken.
Next whip the pudding into the cream cheese. In a small bowl combine the strawberries and 1 tablespoon of sugar and set aside to macerate.
Next, fill a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the tip cut off with the cheesecake mixture. Pipe into your cones.
Garnish the cones with the strawberries and a slice of lemon. Chill for one hour in the fridge and serve!
