Scoop the yogurt mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet and smooth into a flat layer approximately ⅓” -½” thick.
Drizzle the strawberry sauce over the top of the yogurt. Use the handle of a spoon or a chopstick to swirl the syrup into the yogurt mixture. If there are gaps in the yogurt after doing this you can gently tap the pan onto the counter just a bit until the gaps close.
2 tablespoons strawberry flavored syrup
Sprinkle the top of the yogurt with the mini chocolate chips and the crushed buttered Nilla Wafers.
2 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips
Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours, overnight is best. Then cut or break into desired shapes. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
