pineapple

Instructions
Heat a large skillet on medium high.
Season pork pieces with salt and pepper.
1 pound pork tenderloin,
¼ teaspoon sea salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Heat a non-stick skillet with oil. Stir fry pork for 2 minutes.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
1 cup (6 oz | 170 g) pineapple
Add diced pineapple and cook for 1 minute.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and chili paste until sugar dissolves.
⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce,
1 teaspoon fresh ginger,
2 tablespoons brown sugar,
1 tablespoon chili paste
Pour on the pork and pineapple. Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove, garnish and serve with rice.
