Ingredients

pound
dried spaghetti pasta
1/2
pound
bacon
cooked crisp and crumbled
4
ounces
Parmesan cheese
shredded
2
cup
half and half
heavy cream, or whole milk
1/4
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
4
egg yolks
Instructions
Cook bacon and crumble.
Cook and drain pasta.
Remove bacon from pan and drain off most of the oil.
Add cinnamon to pan and saute' 30 seconds.
In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, half and half, salt, pepper, and cheese. Add this cream mixture to pan.
Whisk and heat through.
Add bacon and pasta to cream sauce. Toss.
Serve.
