Instructions
Sear ribs in a (very hot) cast-iron skillet for one minute on each side. If you're tight on time, you can skip this step.
Turn your slow cooker on low, and add ribs to the cooker.
Top the ribs with garlic, salt, pepper, onions, bbq sauce, and jalapeno jelly. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove the ribs and skim fat from the sauce. Pour sauce over the ribs. Serve and enjoy.
