If you don't have canned sauce you can make it homemade. Mix ⅛ cup brown sugar (light or dark), ⅛ cup mustard, and ½ cup ketchup. Brown and drain the hamburger meat. Add the brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup to the meat and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes. Continue with step 2 below.
Using Manwich sauce
Cook hamburger meat and drain. Add Manwich sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Heat a skillet or saute' pan to medium. Add oil. When the oil gets hot add one flour tortilla.
Top tortilla with meat and sauce then top with cheese and another tortilla.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the tortilla is brown. Flip and brown the other side.
Repeat with other tortillas, sauce, and cheese. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
