Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Season shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2: Prepare the Creamy Topping
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and fresh dill until smooth.
Step 3: Assemble the Bites
Place cucumber slices on a serving platter.
Add a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
Top with one shrimp per slice.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with extra fresh dill for added freshness.
