Sheet Pan Honey Soy Cashew Chicken
This recipe is so easy to make and comes together really quickly. It cooks all together on a sheet pan in the oven for less mess too.

pound (453 g)
chicken breasts
boneless, skinless

tablespoons
honey
¼
cup (2.02 fluid oz | 60 ml)
low sodium soy sauce

teaspoon
fresh ginger
minced

cup (5 ounces)
cashew nuts

teaspoon
olive oil

teaspoon each
salt and pepper to taste
Garnish: Sesame seeds, Green onions
if desired
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F | 200 C.
Cut chicken in bite size pieces and lay on a sheet pan. Add soy sauce, ginger, cashew nuts and oil.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes by stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven.
Stir in the honey and garnish with sesame and green onion.
Serve plain or over rice and noodles.
