Instructions
Spray mini muffin tins with non-stick spray. Press wonton wrappers in the tins carefully so as not to tear. fold edges back and flat to open up the cup.
Bake 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. {You can do this ahead of time and store in an air-tight container until ready to fill.}
Brown sausage and drain off fat. Cool.
In a large bowl, mix Ranch dressing mix, cheeses, mayonnaise, milk and sausage. {You can mix this together the night before, as well, and refrigerate.}
Fill wonton cups with sausage mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and wontons are brown. Remove from tin to a wire rack to cool.
