These Panko Parmesan Pork Nuggets are a simple yet delicious recipe. Ordinary pork chops (or pork loin) are transformed into crispy, golden bites of perfection.
Combine the panko bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
1 cup panko bread crumbs, ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
Place the pork chops in a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise and stir until the pork is coated with the mayo. Season the chops then coat in the panko parmesan mixture.
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, 1 pound pork chops
Place the pork bites a cooling rack (spray it with non-stick spray) that's sitting on a baking sheet. Lightly mist some cooking spray.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
