- 1 cup powdered sugar (aka confectioners)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Caramel Syrup
- 1 and ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Salted Butter
- ⅓ cup light corn syrup like Karo brand
- 1 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup Pecans
- Caramel Sauce optional
- Cinnamon Graham Crackers for dipping
Instructions
- Start by adding your cream cheese to a stand mixer and mix on high until smooth.16 ounces Cream Cheese

- Spoon into your service dish and smooth out evenly.

- Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Turn down the heat to medium and stir until thick.
