NAPA CABBAGE RAMEN SLAW
This is an easy and quick Napa Cabbage Ramen Slaw with a nice Asian flavor profile. This salad is full of fresh, crunchy vegetables, ramen noodles, and honey soy dressing.

napa cabbage
halved & sliced thinly

radishes
sliced

carrots

yellow bell pepper

ramen
discard seasoning

green onions
finely chopped

fresh cilantro
chopped
Dressing

tablespoons
rice wine vinegar

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
lime juice

tablespoons
low sodium soy sauce

tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Wash and chop all the ingredients you need for the salad.
With your hands, crush the ramen into small pieces.
In a large bowl, add all the salad ingredients set aside.
In a small bowl, add all the components of the dressing whisk until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad toss until the vegetables are well coated.
Let it rest 15 minutes until the ramen have softened
Serve immediately.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. It's good for a few days.
