MANDARIN OR TANGERINE MOJITO
Easy, fun, and tasty! Mandarin or Tangerine Mojito just screams summer! Classic mojito gets an update with mandarin! This citrus refreshment has oranges, lime, rum, mint, sugar, and a splash of bubbly!

white rum

ounces
Mandarin juice
freshly squeezed recommended
1
ounce
lime juice
2
tablespoons
granulated sugar
club soda
to fill glass
ice

sprigs
mint
plus some to garnish
Instructions
Place mint leaves at the bottom of your highball glass.
Continue by adding the sugar, lime juice, and mandarin juice. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice.
Add in the rum and mix with a bar spoon.
Fill the glass almost to the top with ice and club soda.
Optional: Leave ½ oz of the mandarin juice and pour it over the club soda.
Stir, taste, and enjoy!
Garnish with extra mint leaves and mandarin wedges.
