Ingredients

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound (453 g) ground chicken
1 small white onion minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 medium garlic clove minced
2 medium carrots grated (6.56 oz | 0.41 lb | 186 g)
⅓ cup sriracha sauce 2.70 fl.oz | 80 ml
⅓ cup honey 2.70 fl.oz | 80 ml
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red chili flakes
Lettuce leaves Bibb or Romaine

To garnish

Green onions chopped
red chili flakes

Instructions

Heat oil on medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Cook ground chicken for 2 minutes then add onion, ginger, garlic and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir sriracha sauce and honey with the chicken. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Remove from the stove.
Fill lettuce leaves with the sweet and spicy chicken. Garnish with green onions and chili flakes.
Serve.
