Salad

iceburg lettuce
washed, drained, & cut into quarters

cooked and crumbled

Instructions
Mix all salad dressing ingredients together and whisk to combine. Refrigerate.
Cut lettuce into 4 wedges
Cook and crumble bacon
Place one wedge on the serving dish, and top with salad dressing, feta, bacon, red onion, tomato, and balsamic reduction. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute turkey bacon or regular bacon
You can use feta, blue cheese or goat cheese
