zested and juiced

mayonnaise
or cream cheese or sour cream

salt
more or less to your taste

teaspoon
smoked paprika

teaspoon
ground cumin

chili powder

butter

teaspoon
Tajin seasoning

queso fresco
grated

cup
fresh cilantro
chopped, loosely packed
Instructions
Start by covering the top half of your corn in lime juice, lime zest, and mayo.
Combine the salt, paprika, chili powder, and cumin.
Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over corn.
Wrap each ear of corn up in foil. Grill at 350 to 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove from the grill and allow to cool slightly. Drizzle melted butter, Tajin seasoning, Queso Cotija, and cilantro over corn.
Serve immediately
