Garlic Parmesan Chicken Kabobs
The chicken tenders are grilled with simple seasoning and then coated with a buttery, garlicky parmesan mixture to level up your dinner.

Chicken Seasoning

skinless, boneless, cut in tenders (or tenders or thighs)

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

cup (4.05 oz | 115g)
butter

garlic
minced

cup (1.58 oz | 45g)
parmesan cheese
grated

tablespoon
red pepper flakes

cup
fresh parsley
minced

teaspoon
onion powder
Instructions
Preheat your grill or grill pan.
Grilled Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine all chicken seasoning ingredients and oil. Toss to coat the chicken pieces well.
1 ½ lb chicken breast,
1 teaspoon sea salt,
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon paprika,
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Arrange the chicken tenders on skewers.
When the grill is ready, place your chicken skewers and cook for about 6-8 minutes by turning them from time to time.
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
Add butter in a medium-sized bowl. Melt in the microwave.
½ cup (4.05 oz | 115g) butter
Stir in the rest of the ingredients. When the chicken is done, brush the chicken skewers on both sides.
2 tablespoons garlic,
½ cup (1.58 oz | 45g) parmesan cheese,
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes,
¼ cup fresh parsley,
½ teaspoon onion powder
Serve with your favorite side dish.
