These Fried Avocado Dippers offer a delightful twist on snacking. They are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Pair these fries with this flavorful sauce and they'll be a crowd favorite.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and peel. Slice avocado in ½ inch pieces.
4 large avocados
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
⅓ cup All-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon Sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
In another shallow bowl, whisk egg.

In another shallow bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.

Toss avocado pieces in flour then dredge in egg then in panko breadcrumbs. Place on a plate.
Add oil to a deep pot and heat on high. Add the avocado slices a few at a time (don't over-crowd the pan) and cook for one minute each. Carefully remove each slice with tongs and place on a plate with a paper towel to drain. Immediately season with salt and pepper.
For the sauce: In a small bowl, combine greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
