Easy Strawberry Bread Recipe

Ingredients

cups
self-rising flour
1
cup
granulated sugar
½
cup
butter
1
large
eggs
¾
cup
whole milk
2
cups
strawberries
chopped and rolled in 1 Tablespoon flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a standard loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Mix sugar and butter until light and creamy.
Add egg then milk and add to sugar mixture. Mix until combined
Add flour and mix.
Toss strawberries with 1 tablespoon flour, then fold in strawberries batter.
Pour into a loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees until brown. Test with a wooden pick inserted into center of bread.
