shrimp
peeled and deveined, tail on or off (453 g)

buttermilk

cornstarch

Bang Bang Sauce

mayonnaise

sweet chili sauce

sriracha sauce
Instructions
Pat dry shrimp and place in a medium bowl. Pour buttermilk in it and stir gently. Set aside for 10 minutes.
In a shallow bowl, combine salt, pepper and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat about 2 cups of vegetable oil on high heat in 10-inch Cast Iron Skillet.
Remove shrimp one by one. Let the buttermilk drip off. Dip in the cornstarch and place in hot oil. Repeat the same with all shrimp.
When the shrimp is nicely golden, remove and set on a serving platter with paper towels.
Bang Bang Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle half on the shrimp and toss gently to coat.
Serve in tacos with the rest of the bang bang sauce.
