Instructions
Honey Sesame Chicken:
Assemble your ingredients.
Halve chicken breast lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and brush with honey.
2 large chicken breasts,
½ teaspoon sea salt,
½ teaspoon black pepper,
1 teaspoon olive oil,
2 tablespoons honey,
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Heat a grilled pan with oil and sear chicken on both sides until cooked. It will take 4-5 minutes. Remove and sprinkle sesame on top.
Crunchy Salad:
Add all ingredients for the salad in a bowl and toss. (You can do this in advance if you prefer vegetables to be a bit softer.)

1 cup 4.23oz | 120g red bell pepper,
2 cup 3.13oz | 89g red cabbage,
2 cups 3.13oz | 89g green cabbage,
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro,
2 tablespoons green onions,
2 tablespoons sesame oil,
1 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
Arrange on plates and serve with chicken breast.
Store any leftovers in the fridge up to 5 days.
