Ingredients

granulated sugar

vegetable oil
1/2

peanut butter
I used Peanut Butter & Co Cinnamon Peanut Butter

eggs
1/2
cup
buttermilk
1
teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
2
cup
all purpose flour
1
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
Spray a 9x5.5 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray.
In the bowl of an electric mixer combine oil, peanut butter and sugar. Cream until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time and mix until combined.
In a small bowl, combine baking soda, salt and flour.
Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk mixing until just combined.
Stir in vanilla.
Stir in chocolate chips being careful not to over-mix.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 325 degrees 45 to 5 minutes or until center is set.
Notes
Test for doneness by inserting wooden pick in center of loaf. If it comes out clean or with a few cooked crumbs it's ready. There should be no batter on it, however.If the top begins browning too soon, cover it with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning.©CallMePMc.com All images & content are copyright protected.
