Ingredients

cup
chicken
4
ounces
cream cheese
room temperature
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
2
Tablespoons
jalapeno pepper
diced (fresh is better, but jarred is fine)
1/2
teaspoons
garlic clove
minced
1/2
cup
bacon
cooked and crumbled
1
cup
Cheddar cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add jalapenos, garlic and half of the bacon.
Stir in chicken.
Pour into prepared dish.
Top with cheese and reserved bacon.
Bake 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve with Scoops, tortillo chips or your favorite crackers
