Caribbean Jamaican Jerk Fish Tacos with Lime Crema
Spicy, sweet, and super flavorful, Caribbean Jamaican Jerk Fish Tacos with Lime Crema, are easy, delicious, and bursting with a complex mix of flavors.
Rub fish filets with oil then sprinkle Jamaican Jerk over fish and press into the filets.
Squeeze orange and lime juice over fish.
Marinate 5 to 10 minutes
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and warm in 250 degree oven wile fish is marinating.
Make Lime Crema. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, and salt to taste. Stir.
Heat pan to medium high. Optional, add 1 tablespoon oil or use a non-stick pan.
Cook fish 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Build tacos. Layer lettuce, fish, salsa, and crema on tortilla. Serve hot. Enjoy.
