**6 to 8 bunsbuffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese (or feta cheese), tomato slices, Monterrey cheese slices, lettuce, avocado, any other toppings you like
Instructions
I recommend making burgers and then refrigerating them for at least 2 hours so they firm up before cooking.
Mix the first six ingredients together, then divide into 6 to 8 burgers.
Heat the grill to medium-high. Grill for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Flip the burger once and do not press.
Add buffalo sauce and then cheese to the burger and allow the cheese to melt.
Toast the bun on the grill.
Build your burger with toppings of your choice and serve it hot.
Notes
To pan fry, heat the skillet to medium-high. Add oil to the pan, when the oil is hot, add burgers. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, flip once and do not press. Add buffalo sauce and then cheese to the burger. Place a pan top over the burger to hold the heat in so the cheese melts easily. Meanwhile, toast buns and prepare other toppings. Place burger on bun and load with your choice of toppings. Serve hot.
