ricotta cheese

blackberries

teaspoons
agave syrup
honey, maple syrup, or omit

teaspoon
sunflower seeds
Instructions
Toast bread to the degree that you like it. I like mine crusty.
Spread ricotta over toasted bread and top with blackberries, raspberries, and sunflower seeds
Drizzle agave syrup, if desired, over the berries.
