Black and Blueberry Ricotta Toast
Whole grain bread is toasted then slathered with ricotta and topped with berries. A drizzle of date syrup and a sprinkle of Himalayan salt finishes this quick meal.

Instructions
Toast bread to the degree that you like it. I like mine crusty.
Spread ricotta over toasted bread and top with blackberries, blueberries, and a pinch of sprouts.
Drizzle date syrup, if desired, over the berries.
