Beef Chorizo Sliders Recipe
Burgers don't have to be boring, spice up your burgers with a mix of ground beef and beef chorizo sausage, top it with mouth-watering and unique toppings and you have a restaurant quality gourmet burger

lean ground beef
1/2
pound
beef chorizo sausage
1/4
teaspoon
ground cumin
1/4
teaspoon
chili powder
1/4
teaspoon
garlic salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
1/4
cup
Sriracha sauce
1/4
cup
mayonnaise
avocados
feta cheese, slider buns, jalapeno slices
Instructions
Remove chorizo from casing. Mix ground beef, sausage, cumin, chili powder, garlic salt and pepper together.
Pat into 8 slider size burgers
In a small bowl, combine Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise. Refrigerate.
Grill or pan saute' sliders on first side 3 to 4 minutes, Flip and cook another 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.
Assemble burgers with your choice of avocado, feta cheese, jalapenos and Sriracha mayonnaise
Serve immediately.
