Preheat oven to 350 degrees and generously spray a bundt pan with Wilton Cake release
Place cinnamon and sugar in a large plastic bag.
1 cup granulated sugar, ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
Cut the biscuits into quarters and place into the bag.
2 packages Pillsbury Grands biscuits
Shake the bag to thoroughly coat biscuit pieces.
Layer the walnuts and biscuits pieces into the bundt pan.
½ cup walnuts
In a small saucepan combine butter, honey, and brown sugar.
½ cup butter, ⅓ cup honey, ⅓ cup brown sugar
Heat over medium heat until uniform and frothy. Pour over the biscuits.
Bake for 35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Invert onto serving plate and allow to cool 15 minutes BEFORE removing bundt pan-the honey makes this monkey bread very sticky, if you don’t invert it while it’s still hot you may have trouble getting it out of the pan, but if you remove the bundt before it’s cooled a bit the bread may fall apart! Serve while still warm.
