Perk up those taste buds with tonight's low-carb dinner. This baked salmon has little sweet and a little heat. And, it's a whole lot of deliciousness!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

1 teaspoon fresh ginger,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 teaspoon brown sugar,
½ teaspoon salt,
⅓ teaspoon paprika,
⅓ teaspoon garlic powder,
⅓ teaspoon coriander,
⅓ teaspoon black pepper,
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce,
2 tablespoons hot sauce
Place the salmon pieces in a baking dish and spread with 1/2 of the sauce. Cover the baking dish with a lid or plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes.

Heat a frying pan and place the salmon, skin side up, and fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Place the salmon in a baking dish and spread the remaining sauce over the pieces. Roast for another 12-15 minutes.
Serve salmon hot or warm, garnished with green onions or parsley.
