Bacon Wrapped Sausage Bites
Bacon Wrapped Sausage Bites are a game day, party must-have, or easy meal prep meal that’s packed with protein and flavor.

Ingredients
- 14- ounce Smoked sausage I used Bryan Smoky Hollow Smoked Sausage
- 1 pound thin sliced bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut sausage links into 1-inch slices. Measure bacon to wrap around sausage and overlap slightly. Cut each bacon strip accordingly. I got 4 pieces from each piece of bacon.
- Season sausage with the chili powder and garlic powder. Wrap one piece of bacon around each sausage slice and secure with wooden pick.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over top of bacon and place on a broiler pan or sheet pan lined with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup.)
- Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sausage is done. (If your sausage is larger than 1-inch slices it will take longer to cook.
