can Chicken of the Sea® Chunk Light Tuna in Water
drained
1/3
cup
garbanzo beans
drained

tablespoons
minced red onion
1
teaspoon
olive oil
1
Roma tomatoes
seeded and diced

tablespoons
fresh cilantro
1
teaspoon
jalapeno pepper
salt and pepper to taste
juice and zest of 1 lime
Instructions
To a small bowl, add tuna, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, and garbanzo beans.
Carefully stir in oil and lemon zest.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Slice open the avocados and take the seeds out. Squeeze lime juice over the avocados.
Evenly fill avocados with your salad mixture and enjoy.
