- 15.25 ounce box chocolate cake mix see notes above
- 12 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1 and ¼ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- This recipe could not be more simple to make.
- Preheat your oven to 350F. Pour the cake mix, pumpkin, and chocolate chips into a bowl. Stir until combined, and there are no pockets of dry mix.
- Place cupcake liners in a standard muffin pan. Using a spring-release scoop, dip the batter out and place it in the muffin liners. (Optional, but they look prettier - place a few chocolate chips on the muffin batter.)
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
