Strawberry Pop Tart Fluff is a fun dessert that combines creamy, fluffy textures with sweet strawberry flavors. The taste is like enjoying a strawberry milkshake in dessert form, with a hint of white chocolate. It’s light, with a mix of crunchy Pop-Tarts and soft marshmallows, making it a treat for anyone who loves strawberry-flavored sweets. The pudding base adds a smooth, rich layer that balances well with the other ingredients, giving you a perfect blend of sweetness in every bite.

Strawberry Pop Tart Fluff

In terms of food or recipes, Fluff is a concoction of fruit, marshmallows, and Cool Whip. For example, I have recipes for Orange Creamsicle Fluff and Ambrosia Fluff. Sometimes, it’s labeled as salad, Watergate Salad. It’s not what I typically consider a ‘salad’; it’s closer to a dessert.

They all have one thing in common: they all have fruit. But, what if…. what if, we didn’t use fruit but Pop-Tarts? 🤔 The idea came to me and I couldn’t wait to test my theory that this would be an amazing er…salad?….dessert?….treat!!!!

And, it is!

Oh, boy, it is a treat!!!

Frosted Strawberry Milkshake Pop-Tarts

Strawberry Milkshake Pop-Tarts became a cult favorite when they were introduced in 2005, but they were discontinued shortly after. Kellogg’s brought this heavenly delicacy back in 2017, and they have been delighting tummies ever since.

The Strawberry Milkshake Pop-Tart tastes like a strawberry milkshake. Unlike the jellied-filled classic strawberry Pop-Tart, the Strawberry Milkshake is creamy.

It’s rich and sweet. They’re so sweet that I couldn’t finish a package of two, so I decided they needed something to cut down on some of the sweetness. That’s how this recipe was born.

Strawberry Milkshake Pop Tart Fluff Tips

  • When you mix the milk with the pudding, make sure it is cold and whisk quickly until it’s smooth. This helps the pudding set faster and makes the fluff thicker.
  • Let the Cool Whip thaw before mixing so it blends smoothly. It adds to the creamy texture.
  • Cut the Pop-Tarts into bite-sized pieces so they mix well throughout the fluff. This way, every spoonful will have some of that crunch from the pastry.
  • If you want a lighter version, you can substitute almond or cashew milk and choose low-sugar versions of the other ingredients without losing the flavor.
  • Chill the fluff for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up a little, making it easier to scoop.
