    Ingredients

    • 3 ounces full-fat cream cheese
    • cup granulated sugar
    • cups heavy whipping cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 10 ounces vanilla greek yogurt
    • 12 regular Nilla Wafer cookies
    • 1 tablespoon melted butter salted
    • 2 tablespoons strawberry flavored syrup
    • 2 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips

    Instructions

    • Prepare a small cookie sheet by lining with parchment, set aside.
    • In a bowl cream together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
      3 ounces full-fat cream cheese, ⅓ cup granulated sugar
    • Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and light in texture.
      ⅓ cups heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Add the yogurt and mix again until fully combined.
      10 ounces vanilla greek yogurt
    • In a new bowl, crush the Nilla Wafer cookies then pour in the melted butter. Mix with the crushed cookies until combined.
      12 regular Nilla Wafer cookies, 1 tablespoon melted butter
    • Scoop the yogurt mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet and smooth into a flat layer approximately ⅓” -½” thick.
    • Drizzle the strawberry sauce over the top of the yogurt. Use the handle of a spoon or a chopstick to swirl the syrup into the yogurt mixture. If there are gaps in the yogurt after doing this you can gently tap the pan onto the counter just a bit until the gaps close.
      2 tablespoons strawberry flavored syrup
    • Sprinkle the top of the yogurt with the mini chocolate chips and the crushed buttered Nilla Wafers.

    • Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours, overnight is best. Then cut or break into desired shapes. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
