SHRIMP FOIL PACKS IN OVEN
I used summer squash, zucchini squash, bell pepper, sweet onion, and green onions. You can add whatever vegetables you like. However, make sure to use vegetables that cook quickly. More quick-cooking vegetable options are asparagus, snow peas, baby boy Choy, broccoli, and cauliflower to name a few.
Furthermore, instead of shrimp, you can substitute with any type of fish like salmon, tilapia, halibut, or scallops.
CAN I MAKE SHRIMP FOIL PACKETS ON THE GRILL?
Absolutely! You can cook these on the grill or a campfire. They’re great for camping! I included instructions to cook these foil packs in the oven and on the grill below for your convenience.

I simply love this! I have been making the same old tired shrimp recipes for years! I am going to try it out this week…. Yeah!
Only 4 years… you are lucky. My kids are 8 and 10 and I'm still waiting for privacy in the bathroom!
This looks easy, but I'd have to sub out shrimp…only one of the 3 of us eats it and I'm not the “one!”
Congratulations on being featured ๐
Happy SITS day! I love the foil pack idea–we always used to do that when we went camping and the kids really enjoyed it. Good way for portion control when you are trying to watch your calories, too!
