Pimento Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 ounce American processed cheese spread shredded
- ยฝ cup mayonnaise
- ยผ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 4 ounces pimentos drained
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, add all the ingredients.
- Gently stir together until combined. I prefer to chill it, but you can serve it immediately.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

I made this today. Thought of my Dad who loved Pimiento cheese so much he made his own homemade. Wishing I could remember the recipe. It was a hit relaxing at the pool on Savoritz crisp crackers as an afternoon snack. So simple to stir up.
