When I think of Christmas desserts, I think of Red Velvet Cake. It must be the Southern girl in me.
My mom always made a from-scratch Red Velvet Cake for the holidays. It was the only time of year that she made it. Therefore, it was extra special when we did have it. I recently found this Christmas poke cake. It’s delicious and easy-to-make as well.
Peppermint White Chocolate Chip Red Velvet Brownies
For my brownies, I paired my favorite (and reader favorite) Red Velvet Brownies with the popular holiday favorite peppermint. The combination is even better than I anticipated. It’s a dense, rich, indulgent brownie. A popular chocolate flavor paired with the bright peppermint and draped in a sweet, sugary glaze.
These brownies not only tastes magnificent, but they’re also a show-stopper to look at as well. This dessert is sure to add to the festive spirit of your holiday party!

This looks absolutely great. However, were is the mention of cream cheese in the recipe.
I agree with Mary….can’t figure out when the white chocolate chips & peppermint pieces go into the batter, or , can you just spread them on top like icingโโโ
I would love to try these, but am unsure what to do….
I apologize for that omission I have corrected the recipe
Wow! These look delicious! My niece and I should definitely make these for Christmas!
I do have a couple of questions though. The white chocolate chips and peppermint crunch chips are in the ingredients list, but not in the recipe instructions. Cream Cheese Frosting is mentioned in the recipe instructions (with an asterisk* beside it but no footnote that I could find) but is not listed in the ingredients list. Do the white chocolate and peppermint crunch chips get sprinkled on before the frosting, or mixed in with the frosting, or something like that? Thanks!
The red velvet brownies look divine!
