Like Watergate Salad this is a perpetual potluck dish and always goes fast at picnics, parties, and holiday events. You may also know this recipe as Jell-O Mandarin Orange Salad and Orange Fluff.

This recipe is so very simple to make and since it uses pantry and refrigerator staples you can easily get the ingredients any time of year.

How to Make Orange Creamsicle Salad

  1. First, mix cottage cheese and orange Jello together in a large bowl.
  2. Next, add Cool Whip and stir.
  3. Set five mandarin oranges aside for garnish. Add in the remaining mandarin oranges and stir. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Finally, garnish with marshmallows or mandarin oranges before serving.

    SO YUMMY! I even froze some in small cups with popsicle sticks as a fun refreshing treat on a hot summer day!

    Wow! This is delicious! I have made a very similar salad for years that uses strawberries. This is a perfect variation now that strawberries are out of season. My family loved it!
