  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Caramel Syrup
  • 1 and ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • cup Corn Syrup like Karo brand
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • Caramel Sauce optional
  • Cinnamon Graham Crackers for dipping

Instructions

  • Start by adding your cream cheese to a stand mixer and mix on high until smooth.
    16 ounces Cream Cheese

  • Add in powdered sugar, lemon juice, caramel syrup, and heavy cream. Mix on high for several minutes until thick and stiff.

  • In a saucepan, add brown sugar, butter, karo syrup, egg, vanilla, and pecans.
