Mason Jar Salad Dressing Balsamic vinaigrette

Balsamic vinaigrette is delicate, tangy with just a slight hint of sweetness. This homemade balsamic vinaigrette recipe only takes 5 minutes, maybe less. Therefore, it just makes sense to skip store-bought dressing and make your own. Itโ€™s perfect for salads, vegetables and much more!

Furthermore, this salad dressing goes well on just about any salad, think Caprese salad, steak salad, pear and goat cheese salad, spinach salad with strawberries, or just mixed greens.

The tartness of balsamic vinegar pairs well with many fruits including strawberries, peaches, pears, apples, and figs. Additionally, other classic combinations include walnuts, pecans, blue cheese, and goat cheese.

Mason Jar Balsamic Salad Dressing

I love a “Mason” jar, or any canning jar. It makes me nostalgic for summers helping my mom put up fresh produce. Corn, beans, jellies…we canned it all. Now, I use them for all types of dressings and sauces and even drinking glasses. Also, it makes mixing a salad dressing super easy and fun for the kids. Just pour your ingredients in and shake it up!
