- 1 large onion diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- ยฝ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ยฝ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cans green beans drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
