Keto Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pound (453 g) ground chicken
- 1 small white onion minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 medium garlic clove minced
- 2 medium carrots grated (6.56 oz | 0.41 lb | 186 g)
- โ cup sriracha sauce 2.70 fl.oz | 80 ml
- โ cup honey 2.70 fl.oz | 80 ml
- ยฝ teaspoon sea salt
- ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
- ยฝ teaspoon red chili flakes
- Lettuce leaves Bibb or Romaine
To garnish
- Green onions chopped
- red chili flakes
Instructions
- Heat oil on medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Cook ground chicken for 2 minutes then add onion, ginger, garlic and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir sriracha sauce and honey with the chicken. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Remove from the stove.
- Fill lettuce leaves with the sweet and spicy chicken. Garnish with green onions and chili flakes.
- Serve.
