Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken
This recipe is, basically, a chicken breast with a Jalapeno Popper stuffed inside. I covered the breast in panko and Japanese breadcrumbs and baked them to perfection.
What is a jalapeno popper?
Jalapeno poppers is a jalapeno pepper that’s been hollowed out. It’s stuffed with cheese and spices; then it’s wrapped in bacon and fried or grilled. They’re a classic American appetizer and favorite finger food for game day and sports bars.
