- 2 large (1.32 lb | 600 g) chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- ยผ teaspoon black pepper
- ยผ teaspoon sea salt
- ยฝ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ยฝ teaspoon ground cumin
- ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup (6.52 oz | 185 g) rice uncooked
- ยผ cup fresh cilantro
- โ cup (2.1 oz | 60 g) steam fresh corn
- 2 cups (16.90 fl.oz | 500 ml) chicken broth
- 2-3 jalapeno pepper
- 1 14 oz jar chunky salsa
- 2 cups (7.76 oz | 220 g) cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 356 F | 180 C.
