This Honey Mustard Mint Dressing is perfect to make ahead of time and use throughout the week. It complements just about any green or salad. 

All you do is put all the ingredients in food processor then store it in an airtight container in the fridge. It’ll be ready when you are. You can store the dressing in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.

Skip store bought salad dressing starting now! Make your own salad dressing is cheaper and tastes so much better than anything store-bought. Plus, you can control the sodium and they’re won’t be any preservatives. 

This honey mustard mint dressing added to greens makes the perfect light and bright spring or summer salad. As well, it compliments fruit salads. I love it over fresh peaches or avocado with crumbled feta. Try it with my Berry Feta Watermelon Salad and Avocado Fruit Salad.

  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Honey
  • Dijon mustard
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

This base to any salad dressing is oil and an acid, in this case it’s lemon juice. Next, you have bold and bright flavors. For this dressing it’s mustard, garlic, and mint leaves. Finally, the salt, pepper, and honey for a touch of sweetness.

How long will this mint dressing last?

Store your dressing in an airtight container like a mason jar or old salad bottle in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for one week. However, it probably will not last that long. It is so good on so many foods and so many tasty ways to use it it’ll be gone in a flash.

  • Place the lemon juice, mint leaves, honey, mustard, and garlic into a food processor.
  • Pulse until the ingredients are pureed.
  • Add the olive oil and process until the dressing is well blended and the mint is fine.
  • Adjust the taste with salt and black pepper. Process again to mix.
