- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves
- Honey
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
This base to any salad dressing is oil and an acid, in this case it’s lemon juice. Next, you have bold and bright flavors. For this dressing it’s mustard, garlic, and mint leaves. Finally, the salt, pepper, and honey for a touch of sweetness.
How long will this mint dressing last?
Store your dressing in an airtight container like a mason jar or old salad bottle in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for one week. However, it probably will not last that long. It is so good on so many foods and so many tasty ways to use it it’ll be gone in a flash.

Honey Mustard Mint Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the lemon juice, mint leaves, honey, mustard, and garlic into a food processor.
- Pulse until the ingredients are pureed.
- Add the olive oil and process until the dressing is well blended and the mint is fine.
- Adjust the taste with salt and black pepper. Process again to mix.
