Homemade Energy Snack Bars are deliciously simple bars for your snack cravings! These simple protein energy balls are very nutritious and delicious.
There are 2 things I really like to do. I like to cook and I like to run. To help myself reach my monthly goals, I bought myself a Fitbit in February and quickly became obsessed with it. I really like to see all those stats for a day. I like to see how many steps I’ve taken and how long I ran. You can record activity and sleep, food consumption, water intake and much more. It syncs to your computer so you can see real-time stats. If you like immediate rewards on your fitness goals, this is the device for you.
To also help you meet your fitness and weight loss goals, I put together my favorite homemade energy snack bars for you. I have this thing for snacking and I do a lot of it. They not only help with sugar cravings but also give you energy and a very good dose of protein. Perfect as a pre-workout or anytime snack!

I walk to and from work every day.
I Walk For At Least One Hour A Day To Stay Active.
I walk, use my mini cycle, dance, do Richard Simmons dvds or play the wii with my love
That’s awesome! I love being active too!
I work out a my YMCA with my friends.
Lately I have been loving the elliptical but I do love swimming laps!
I walk back and forth from the kitchen to my computer all day long, then go walk around the grocery store buying more food to prepare…does that count? Hehe, I was using my elliptical until it stopped working. I will hopefully get a bike trainer next week and start riding everyday. ๐
I’d count that! ๐
I like to stay active with long walks in the evening.
I try to make it to the gym 2-3 times a week, and do yoga at home 1-2 times a week. I REALLY need to start back with Jiliian Michael’s 6 week 6 pack abs videos too, lol. ๐
walk 4 miles daily
I think my favorite feature of the Fitbit is the sleep tracker. I would love to know exactly how much I get up at night!
You will be amazed, Hilary. I thought I sleep good, but the hours I’m ‘restless’ is amazing!
